Refund Policy

Refund and withdrawal rights follow the checkout Merchant of Record’s terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights.

Eligible issues

Contact may.aiproducts@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a duplicate charge, an inaccessible download that remains unavailable after reasonable delivery remediation, an invalid archive, or a material mismatch between the purchased tier and delivered files. Include the Paddle transaction number or receipt reference and a concise description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords, license keys, or other secrets.

Resolution and refund

We will normally respond within two business days and may first provide a replacement download or corrected archive. Because this is an indivisible digital asset, approved merchant refunds are full refunds rather than partial refunds. Refunds are issued through Paddle; Paddle and the payment method control approval and the time required for funds to appear.

Where permitted by applicable law, a change of mind after the digital asset and license have been delivered is not by itself an eligible issue. This does not limit mandatory withdrawal, consumer, or Paddle Merchant of Record rights.

Access after refund

An approved refund, chargeback, or payment dispute revokes the associated license, secure download, feedback access, and future update delivery.
