Refund Policy

Unbound Creator sells instant-access digital products. Where permitted by applicable law, all sales are final once the signed package, license key, or secure delivery page has been provided.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, payment-provider rules, card-network dispute rights, or protections against unauthorized transactions.
Issues we will review
Contact may.aiproducts@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if one of these issues occurs:
- duplicate charge;
- inaccessible download that remains unavailable after reasonable delivery remediation;
- invalid, corrupt, or incomplete archive;
- material mismatch between the purchased tier and the delivered files;
- unauthorized transaction or payment-provider dispute.
Include the PayPal transaction ID, provider receipt reference, or order email, plus a concise description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords, license keys, government IDs, or other secrets.
Not eligible after delivery
Where permitted by applicable law, the following are not eligible for a merchant refund after the digital asset and license have been delivered:
- change of mind;
- lack of time to use the product;
- buyer’s technical preference or workflow preference;
- failure to read the product description before purchase;
- inability to apply the materials to a custom project;
- requests for consulting, implementation, training, or one-to-one support that are outside the purchased digital product.
Resolution and refund
We normally respond within two business days. We may first provide a replacement download, corrected archive, or access remediation. Because this is an indivisible digital asset, approved merchant refunds are normally full refunds rather than partial refunds.
Refunds are issued through the checkout provider or payment method used for the purchase. The provider, bank, card network, and applicable law control whether a refund or dispute is approved and how long the funds take to appear.
Access after refund
An approved refund, chargeback, or payment dispute revokes the associated license, secure download, feedback access, and future update delivery.
